They are currently looking for a strong operator in Johannesburg North.
The new franchisee will have the option to set up either an “Express” store or a full Commercial store.
The “Express” store option is limited to 40sqm and costs from R650,000.00 (excluding VAT).
The Commercial store option can be up to 80sqm and starts from R950,000.00 (excluding VAT).
The store cost and setup include all Franchise Brand specifications such as:
Restaurant design and setup
Design and project management
Shop fittings
Kitchen equipment
Fixtures and fittings
Assistance with required certifications and accreditations
Help with initial stock orders and launch preparation
Company and legal registrations
Initial stock
Working capital, deposits, and pre-opening expenses
Site-related upgrades including electrical, gas, and extraction ducting over 10 meters
Full franchise backup, training, and ongoing support will be provided.
